I had an amazing experience at the Metro PCS Raleigh store thanks to the store manager, Caitlin. After calling customer service multiple times over the past two weeks with no solution, I finally came into the store at Smithfield and within just a few minutes, Caitlin fixed my phone network issue completely. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and understanding, and it was clear she truly knows what she’s doing. Her professionalism and kindness made a frustrating situation so much easier.
