    I was a returning customer with metro. Before I was a customer for 6 years. I only changed from metro because I got a deal with my cable and a free phone for 2 years,no payments. I was given excellent service by Jai. Her knowledge in doing her job in customer service is phenomenal. Jai is very independent & multi-task in during her job diligently with pride. She can have three and four customers in a room. Jai touch everyone without the long wait. Her personality and light shines in & through her duties. She kept her cool regardless of how many people is there? Even when those people had an attitude. She can juggle with a smile, and worked that room. I have a metro five minutes from my house 62nd Ave South. Tyrone metro is 25 minutes from my house. I will go out my way to get the service that I have gotten from Jai. She deserved a plaque best worker ever. I haven't experienced this outstanding customer service in a long time. 😊 Thank you Jai, keep the great attitude and keep smiling.
