Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join Home Internet. Check availability.

What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Best experience ever!! I called before going in to make sure I wasn't wasting my time, and from the moment Oliver answered the phone I knew he knew what he was talking about... I went in expecting to pay an arm and a leg for internet service for my new place AND a new phone+service for myself and everything all together was HALF the price of any other place I've inquired about. I'm so glad I went to this location Oliver was so helpful and professional and knew exactly what he was doing, he set up my phone and home internet for me in a breeze.
