You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Today my son went into the store to set up service. My son is disabled, so the kindness we received from the reps while he navigated getting himself a device was AMAZING! They literally turned a bad day into a good day and had us laughing, explained promotions and details on the plans and were just all around fantastic. This is why we love the Metro on Ina Rd. Betzaira helped me verify my ID so I could port my number out. When I gave it to the service provider I was informed that the pin is invalid. I tried calling the store and leaving my number but I have yet to receive a call back. If anyone checks this review could you please check the messages and call me back. View on Google

The sales guy was great. Even though I brought in my mostly deaf 73 year old father and my two kids who hate making decisions, he was patient and answered my questions and helped us find the best possible plan for our needs (not to mention really FREE phones) without up-selling us at every turn (like certain competitors like Verizon). Also unlike Verizon, I checked my account and my bill is exactly what he said it will be--what we agreed on--instead of going home and finding that the monthly bill is at least $50 more than one expects. I forgot to look at his name, but we are all more than pleased. We were in and out in like 30min. View on Google
