You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

I would like to say that customer service over at the cloverleaf shopping center at Metro is by far the best I've had so far. Her name is Jasmine she was very attentive and suggested internet service which I'm going to consider. Point is it's hard to find customer service this good.... Enjoy going there just because of that... Not to mention I like the phone service 💯 View on Google
