What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Jose is the only reason my family and I are still with Metro. Please understand this rating is for him and not the company! If it wasn’t for his superb customer service and integrity we would have switched to Verizon. The store who originally set up our plan was over charging us for an entire year. He helped us right away when he found the discrepancy. I have been seriously thinking of switching but once I had the encounter with Jose we’ve decided to give metro another chance. View on Google
