You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Very good location! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I was practically ignored the first 2 weeks after trying to upgrade my mothers phone for her. We went in again and dealt with Roscoe who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, especially dealing with me and the frustrations that I had. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes and I can’t say enough good things about him. He deserves a raise! View on Google
