My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time and believe the most knowledgeable and most helpful associate is Derek. I cannot say enough good things about him! On busier days, he is multi-taskful, trying to accommodate every customer who enters the door. At times, we have come in after work and he has stayed to help us out, no matter the issue..... even if it isn't an actual phone issue, but an app. He is always accommodating and has helped us find more affordable plans that work for our family, as well as newer phones. For those reasons, even if there was a bit of a wait, we are happy to wait patiently because we know he is committed to giving the best customer service possible while gaining customer loyalty. Rachel and Steve are absolutely fabulous. I’ve been to every single Metro by T-Mobile store and have had no luck with my problems. I’ve never ever had someone like Rachel- she’s phenomenal. I had a bad experience with 611. I was on the phone for an hour and a half…Nothing was resolved and when I came here, she did it in seven minutes!! And then I spoke with Steve, the manager, and he was as phenomenal. These people are knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional. This exceeded my expectations and is the best one in the area, most definitely.
