You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. The customer service associates I've dealt with at the store were great, but the phone service is not that great. I lose signal at my home in the epicenter of Winchester, on the way to Richmond, and many others. Often, I have to turn my phone completely off because I can't make calls or send texts. Worst service I've ever had! ~ **UPDATE** I'm revising my review to 4 🌟 because someone took the time to respond to my review and address my initial issues. It is greatly appreciated.
