There’s plenty of great reviews about Pedro, but he’s THAT good that I thought the manager or Store owner of this location needed to hear it from me. Pedro not only exudes the character of a world class customer service associate, he actually empathizes with his employs and treats every customer with the same world class service. He saved me by helping me setup service for a phone I needed for work. He also helped me keep my ACP plan although the company was going to remove it. By far the best customer service I received from a MetroPCS at ANY location I’ve been to. And I’ve had MetroPCS for 8yrs, so that says a lot. Go Pedro! He’s gonna be somebody major in the Future.
