Zi and an assistant Jays know How to defray an unhappy customer: provide help not required in your explicit job description. I am almost 84 and a friend bought me a iPhone 15plus and I have Apple Care. BUT products I really needed and walked2 miles to get for my new IPhone were not carried at this store. Zi helped me order the exact screen corrector and Otter Bix I needed in line bc going to one if the other stores was not an option for me. GEAT Job Zi View on Google
