Took great care of me and got me 2 moto g stylus 5g for freaking free all I paid was tax!!!! Definitely recommend this store

I'm a disabled person and I needed to go to this store twice to get a new phone and then get it set up. The first time I went there the owner helped me out he gave me excellent customer service, found me a great deal with a new phone and a free tablet. At one point he was on the phone with a T-Mobile sales representative and noticed that the tax was too much and got them to fix it for me which I wouldn't have noticed at all. I used to go to a location a bit farther from my home but I think this is my new phone store home location because of the great service I got and great deal. As I mentioned I'm disabled and need a bit of extra help he went above and beyond the Call of Duty to aid me in what I needed. The second time I needed to go in to set up my new phone which I did receive promptly in the mail I was assisted by the owner's son UNZER, to be honest I didn't think I could get better customer service than I got from his father the owner but this guy also super helped me out setting up my phone. He noticed that I do shake a bit and saw the difficulties that I would have setting up my phone so instead of sending me to a T-Mobile representative to set up my phone he helped me transfer everything from my old phone and set up my new one which took a couple of hours. He wasn't busy at the time but still he did have other things to do yet still helped me out for almost 2 hours. The owner should be very proud of the son he raised, he was kind and respectful and extremely helpful with something that would have taken me all day to fix by myself due to my disabilities. I tried to tip him for the excellent service or even get him a drink for all of this extra help but he didn't want anything just to give me great service. I just had to leave them a great review because they really helped me and treated me like a valued customer, a valued local and a valued long-term member which I am of Metro. Thanks to the owner, which I can't seem to remember his name because of my disabilities unfortunately or I would have mentioned it here and thanks too his son UNZER for treating me with respect and giving me one of the best buying a new phone experiences that I've had since cell phones were created. I know this review is long but as I mentioned they both went out of their way to really help me get a new phone and a great deal. I will continue to be a customer of the store for as long as I can be. A big thanks again guys for everything.. Lee
