    Jennifer and Nelson were outstanding!! My cousin lost his phone and they spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and getting his new phone up and running.     I was having issues charging my phone. I went to Metro to get a new charger and found out it was actually a issue with my phone. I had to replace it. This was very overwhelming because I just lost my job. Jennifer was so patient with me, understanding and took her time to help me. I came a hour before closing and she didn't rush or get impatient. I am so grateful. Her compassion is unmatched! I am a very grateful customer. She helped me get a phone for my elderly dad as well. I started crying in the store. I give her 10 stars. View on Google
