    Quit selling cheap USB port plugs for iPads and phones I should have been buying buying 20 $1 cords than I did one $20 cord because it only lasted 5 and 1/2 Weeks . My cord no longer works so I'm just going to go to the dollar store and buy like 10 or 12 cheapy chords just throw them away when they go out !!!!! Also I waited in line for 22 and 1/2 minutes just to make a phone bill payment uhhhgggggggg I've been with Metro PCS for quite some time literally over 10 years but if I have to go somewhere else to take care of these simple little issues and not by junkie chords I guess I'll have to anyhow........
