    I came in to upgrade my phone. I traded my old phone in and I thought it was impossible to access the account. Syed made sure I kept my same number on my new phone, the process was a little time consuming but he did his best to help me out and I'm happy with this store and the representatives.     By far the best metro store I've been to if it would ask me I would have given Syed 10 stars but sadly it only has 5 stars :( He is so polite and kind always helps me with my issues be them small ignorant issues or big issues he is the man I like going back to. 10/10 service. 100/10 sales representative 😀 View on Google

    Syed hooked me up!! My phone was destroyed and Syed hooked me up with a decent used phone for the low and made sure I had a screen protector and case on it before I walked out of the store. Hopefully this one will withstand my toddler! View on Google
