You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

Understandably frustrated, I sought clarification from the staff, who initially redirected blame to this store, Metro by T-Mobile 870 N Lake St. Upon visiting Metro by T-Mobile 870 N Lake St to inquire further, I was met with exceptional service and understanding. The staff went above and beyond to investigate the situation, showing me system logs that confirmed unauthorized changes had indeed been made to my account during my previous visit to the other store.
