Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Helped me with my phone insurance claim for malfunctioning broken phone and helped me pay my bill. Received my replacement phone in less than 48 hours however I had to go into the store because for some reason the SIM card wasn't reading in my replacement phone I received. The Douglas road Montgomery, Illinois location had a nice young lady there working who was able to help me with my service issue. View on Google
