    ANA WAS SO HELPFUL I WAS COMING FROM A DIFFERENT CARRIER AND THEY ALWAYS MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS GETTING ON THEIR NERV3S THEY WERE ALWAYS RUDE TO ME EVERYTIME I WENT THERE (BOOST NOT METRO) AND I WALKED IN METRO TONIGHT FEELING DEFEATED FROM GOING TO MULTIPLE BOOST STORES WITH NO HELP FROM ANY OF THEM AND ANA MADE ME.FEEL HEARD AND UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE AND ALL THIS WAS AT CLOSING TIME AND STILL WAS WILING TO STAY PASSED HER TIME TO.GET OFF TO HELP NOT ONLY ME BUT ANITHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAM3 ISSUES FROM BOOST...THANK YOU ANA!!!
