I live in Brandon, FL and visited the store located 2028 Badlands Drive. The two customer service reps were vary courteous, I was interested in purchasing a tablet for my son and myself, they were so helpful explaining all the tablets available for purchase, they answered all my questions with a smile, while one of the reps connected my tablets, the other rep helped another customer that came in with her phone locked and tablet and was passing through a difficult situation, the rep assisted her until her devices were unlocked and the customer left happy. They go above and beyond to help there customers and I left the store happy with my two new tablets, I would recommend this store if you are in the Brandon FL area. View on Google

Even though the workers are sales personnel, every time I go there for help with the operation of the phone, they work on it until a solution is found.
