    Angel is in fact an Angel. He had a line of customers today and yet he gave his undivided attention to every person kindly and nicely. One customer was upset that it took so long and asked for his managers phone number. He said he was going to report Angel because the customer waited in line longer than five minutes. Angel works at this Metro by T-Mobile store full time he is professional and courteous. I had my bag stolen today and he saved me a bunch of money today having to replace my phone. I hope Angel's manager reads this because all Angel said to the customer was 'You are welcome to come back this afternoon when there are fewer customers" and in a pleasant way. I wish more customer service people were as nice and as kind as Angel. Please be advised this Metro by T-Mobile store only has one, only one, person working at a time. Lines are longest on Mondays and Fridays so mid-week is good and forget weekends. Right off the Red Line Central Square stop and on the 1 Bus. No stairs. This was on Friday April 10, 2026 at around 10 am. View on Google
