You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jake he was at the metro on Delhi pike,he's originally at the Hamilton location. I went into the store with issues with my service . Instead he made mine and my sons whole day I walked our with 2 new phones and tablets and accessories. We laughed & he was the truth - best experience I've ever had in a phone store , & the best part was he spoke English . So if yall go then that's your guy! Thanks jake View on Google
