I had an amazing experience thanks to Malik Addison! He went above and beyond to help me with my phone issue. He was patient, professional, and determined to find a solution. He even stayed after his scheduled time to make sure everything was working before I left. After dealing with a frustrating situation, Malik was the only person in the store who truly fought to help me, along with the customer service representative on the phone. He never gave up, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I walked out with my phone fully working. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find.
