When I say I probably came in with the most difficult situation I mean difficult, she was able to fix everything I needed to secure my account as well as allow me to walk out with a piece of mind.     I know things are done more online but this location is worth the visit. Great service and very respectful. Shout out to the manager Ann Marie Diamond and her wonderful ladies Cierra and Karma. I'm person is always better. Try them and leave a review. View on Google

    I visited Metro by T-mobile at another store to activated my phone which was a replacement from Assurance! The person at the 1st store was not any help at all and her attitude was rude and not helpful all! I dealt with that for 2 days! I finally came to a different Metro and Mrs. Diamond helped me resolve my issue with no problems!! Thank you Mrs. Diamond 💎 View on Google
