Just wanted to give a review on the outstanding customer service Juanita gave me!!! I was having a horrible time waited 45 minutes on the phone with cricket to get my transfer pin and Juanita stay passed closing to make sure my daughter got service she was super helpful and super sweet kindly and she was very knowledgeable about the device and issues I was having she was amazing!!!!
