What do I pay?

You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I stopped up there today to ask questions about my new internet/WIFI device and the young woman who helped me was fantastic!! I was greeted as I walked in and then she helped me get it set up on phone. She answered my questions perfectly, as well. All three employees were kind and engaged.
