If I could give Carlos at the Metro by T-Mobile on Saxon Blvd more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Carlos is the definition of outstanding customer service. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely caring and committed to helping his customers. That combination is extremely rare these days. I spent three frustrating days trying to keep my phone number from my home country because I need it to stay active. My previous carrier kept telling me it couldn’t be done and made the entire process a nightmare. I did everything they asked, but I got nowhere. Then I walked into Metro by T-Mobile and met Carlos. Within a short time, he accomplished what the other company had insisted was impossible. He didn’t give up, he didn’t make excuses, and he never treated me like just another customer. He genuinely cared about finding a solution, and he did. What impressed me the most is that Carlos isn’t motivated by making a sale—he’s motivated by helping people.
