    When locations & management really help the community, it really makes all the difference! To show up with a tech emergency that interrupts my life (as I work on my tablet) and leave the store with a solved situation... that's THE BEST! That's what manager Carlos did for me all while making me feel like a valued customer. His hard work for the many others in line needing solutions was an art form very few can match, if at all.
