I recently visited the office to inquire about home Internet. Disappointingly, it was not available in my neighborhood which is very close to this office. I have to give the two employees working that day a good review. I did not get the younger man's name, but Brandi went above and beyond to assist me. She was on her lunch break and still came out to help me. Brandi was very patient answering all my questions, thorough explaining everything to me, gave me accurate information, and was overall a pleasure to deal with. I had a terrible experience at another nearby Metro location and pulled away from Metro completely. Brandi got me back. Even though I did not get what I went there for, I ended up leaving with cell service, a new tablet, and tablet service. The parking is a little tight at this location but it's in a good area, well lit, and the office appeared clean and organized. View on Google

Brought my moms phone full of viruses and could not be used and they cleaned it out and fix the phone for her. He didn’t charge me a dime. Staff was wonderful here. Recommend the place to anyone. View on Google

Brandy was absolutely amazing! She helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new iPhone, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. She made us feel comfortable and never once made us feel rushed or like we were bothering her. I actually ended up coming back several hours later because I was having trouble transferring everything from my old phone to my new one, and Brandy was more than happy to help me again. She took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was taken care of. View on Google
