    At first, we went to another Metro by T-Mobile location, and unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We left the store feeling confused, disappointed, and honestly very upset. Thankfully, we decided to visit the Metro PCS location on East Valley Parkway, where we met Khan and Nitan — and they completely changed our experience! They were absolutely the best Metro PCS employees we have ever met. They patiently explained our bill, answered all of our questions professionally, and helped us add another line to our family plan with no stress at all. On top of that, they even helped us get 2 free tablets! After the experience at the first store almost made me cry, Khan and Nitan made us feel happy, valued, and truly cared for as customers. Their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service are the reason we will continue staying with Metro PCS. Highly recommended!
