⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Metro by T-Mobile! Dabinica and Carlos were absolutely wonderful. They worked hand in hand to assist me, and their teamwork, professionalism, and customer service truly stood out. Dabinica demonstrated true leadership. She was incredibly patient with Carlos and took the time to guide him through everything, making sure I received the assistance I needed. Carlos was equally professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. I’m not even from this side of town, so the drive was a bit out of my way, but they made it absolutely worth it! I originally came in to help my brother, but after such a positive experience, I’m honestly considering switching carriers myself. That says a lot about the quality of service they provided! Thank you, Dabinica and Carlos, for going above and beyond and making my visit such a pleasant experience. Metro is lucky to have employees like you both! Keep up the great work! View on Google

I was in the Metro store today I had a problem with my phone being locked and I had the most incredibly wonderful service but two guys Carlos and Allen and the young lady that was the manager was wonderful too this is the store in the plaza where there's the wild fork on Federal highway I will always be a customer View on Google
