Kimberly is the best representative ever!!! My family & I were dealing with a severe issue that took over 6 hours to solve and took a lot of back and forth conversations. She was patient and able to help us and everyone else at the store during it. This location is far from me but I will be back for any issues in the future! Woodworking Kimberly and Bryan made me so happy I love them! I was so heartbroken from the problems with my phone, but they were soooo friendly, so professional and and even made me laugh a few times! I got my issue handled and I feel Grrreeaat now! This is my new favorite store and the only one I want to shop at now even though it's out of my way to go to, I don't care!!
