    I have worked with Hamsa for years. We moved and thought that he was no longer with Metro. A few days ago, I decided to go back to the Eastchester location and he was there. After 3 or 4 years without seeing him. He greeted me by name, asking me about my husband, my kids, and my grandmother. All of his hard work has paid off because he is now the store manager there. After having some issues, with no help from our usual location, Hamsa got it all worked out!!! I am so so so happy and relieved. He is truly amazing and always does what ever he can to make sure the customer leaves happy. Even if that means staying on the phone with corporate for an hour or more. He fixed everything for me! I told him the amount that I had to spend and he done just that! I left with all sorts of goodies, and super happy that I have Hamsa on my team again! If you are having issues with devices, payments, or anything at all go see Hamsa at the Eastchester location in High Point. HE IS THE BEST!!! View on Google
