    Elaine and Emily are highly trained and provide excellent customer service. When both of the eSIMs on my account became corrupted after a line swap, I lost all network access to phone and messages. Thankfully, this very clean and well staffed Metro by T-Mobile retail location was close by and not too busy for a rainy Friday afternoon. Emily immediately greeted me, heard me out about the problem I was having, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. I walked out less than an hour later with my lines swapped and both eSIMs restored to full functionality.
