    I bought a phone off Amazon and I went to another location just to get charged to switch my information to the new phone and have no service... I came to this location and got helped by Britney. I didn't even remember my pin and she had so much patience with me... she was able to exchange my network to the new phone and I will for ever go to this location... thank you so much...
