I honestly cannot say enough good things about Andrik Lopez and the service he provided! I came into the store having one of those days where everything seemed to be going wrong, and somehow Andrik completely turned my day around. His attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help made such a difference. Andrik went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that my issue was actually taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell that he truly cares about helping people rather than just getting them in and out of the store. That kind of customer service is extremely rare these days! I’m actually moving across town, but because of the experience I had with Andrik, I will absolutely make the drive back to this location if I ever need help. He is THAT helpful. Honestly, if every employee provided the kind of service Andrik does, businesses would have customers for life. I can confidently say that I plan to stay with Metro for the rest of my life, and Andrik is a huge reason why. He didn’t just solve my problem—he genuinely made a really bad day so much better.
