I went in with the MOST complicated and stressful situation ever. Muhammad was the sales agent that assisted and may I say he did the MOST INCREDIBLE job from start to finish. I had issues with transferring my number to metro and when I tell you this story was so FRUSTRATING, I felt bad for the poor guy. He remained calm, cheerful and reassuring the WHOLE process. The level of patience and compassion as well as charisma he carried throughout our interaction was impeccable! This store is very lucky to have him. On top of my issues, which took about an hour to work out, the store filled up with customers. Muhammad was accompanied by two trainees who he guided on how to approach customers and was able to get everything in order. This man showed the true meaning of leadership today. I left beyond happy and was able to get my metro line going. I don’t think anyone could have handled this situation better. He did what I and a different metro store couldn’t do and remained in great spirits. Kudos to the man View on Google
