I walked into the store and was approached by a gentleman in the front who was very assertive, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel like I was getting the help I needed, so I decided to walk out.
I came back the next day and was helped by Marisol, and what a completely different experience! She was patient, considerate, and very, very, very helpful. She took the time to explain everything and walked me through the entire process. Her customer service was truly exceptional!
I will most definitely be coming back. I absolutely loved her service, my new phone, and all the accessories that came along with it.
