    THANK U AUSTIN!!!! I Really Appreciate U. He was able to get My Old Frozen Phone back on he picked out the perfect new phone for me he transferred every single thing over for me and some additional apps he was so efficient with my time and got me such a nice phone that I went ahead and bought a tablet and he turned that on and set it up for me also he did everything with a smile and with efficiency with my time and money I really really appreciate him he took an awful experience and turned it into a very fun time and I have the most awesome phone and awesome tablet that I have ever had and for that I am grateful for him he is very helpful in any way with your phone and your tablet and he delivers the service with a smile and while he is tending to you you feel that he really cares about everything coming out perfect for the customer He's an AWESOME Employee 🙂 knowing that there is a knowledgeable kind employee at my MetroPCS in Inverness I will not hesitate to buy a new phone more frequently because the experience was a pleasure he is so knowledgeable and can fix anything I'm very thankful for him thank you so much Austin for an awesome experience I will see you again shortly when I go to get another phone thank you again U ROCK Man!!!
