I just wanted to say the young girl Tamara at my local Metro PC store in Inverness. Florida was wonderful to talk to to deal with. She is an asset to the company. She is just wonderful and helped me very much very polite always smiling. I will definitely go in That store to do my business because she is just terrific. Jeanie helmick

Attention Store DM: This is for Tammara Orr: I was upset when I went in the store today because the girl who sold me my phone and promised she would be there to wrap everything up today, was not there today and I felt like I was in a phone emergency because there was certain things that needed to be done to keep my number anyway the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing even though she said she was new and was a put on the spot a bit by an unhappy customer who needed immediate help and she did absolutely amazing she provided the best customer service she executed what I needed done even though she was brand new and I put her on the spot she still did absolutely amazing was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and I left the store with what I needed done and I cannot praise her enough thank you so much Tammara Orr... for being extremely professional and kind and efficient and doing something that you were new to and doing it with Precision I appreciate you heaps and for that I will remain a Metro customer and you deserve all of the praise thank you very much for coming through for me when I needed it. 👌🙏
