I went to this MetroPCS and bought a phone for my grandmother, the guy at the register who helped set up the Phone and go through with the process was very helpful. We ended up forgetting that we needed a wall plug for my grandmother‘s charger so we went back the same day and got the charger. And we had ended up not needing the charger in four days later we had returned the charger, but the guy at the register advised us that we couldn’t make the return because their location does it do returns but on the receipt it says we have within 15 days to be able to return the product and get a refund. The charger was still in the box in the box was not opened and nothing was damaged on the outside or inside, but he still rejected the refund. I called customer service and went back to the store and the guy had to call his manager and let him know that I was back with customer service on the phone and he ended up giving me a cash refund instead of giving me a refund back on my original payment method which was my credit card. Either way I still got my refund but the management at this location is very shady. It doesn’t follow the MetroPCS guidelines. Please always keep your receipts and don’t hesitate to call customer service if this ever happens to you the guy was just doing his job so I’m not blaming him at all. It’s just the management that was very shady. Management was not following 15 day return protocol.The guy was just following his managers orders and he was very sweet and understanding during the whole process. Process.
