    I had a great experience at this store . Rashid was very helpful when I went in to clear up a billing issue . And the next day my internet was no longer working. I went into the store feeling that this was very coincidental, and was very suspicious after reading some of the posts left about the store and Metro in general. But after a somewhat heated discussion, which I was the instagator of . Rashid calmed the situation, and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with the Internet that I desperately needed for a time crunch that I was in , to keep me on schedule for the performance I have in a few days . I was worried that I would some how be charged additional funds to my account. But Rashid reassurred me that the $106.00 bill I have always paid would remain the same . Thank you Rashid !
