    Hello, to whom this may concern. Today 3/31/26, I went to the Metro PCS store because I was having problems with my phone. One of the customer name YANI took care of my issues. She was so calm and helpful even though I was nervous about the problem on the phone, she makes me very comfortable. She's really good. I wish you have more customer service worker like her.
