    I had an amazing experience with Metro by T-Mobile thanks to the representative who helped me. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They walked me through the different plan options without any high-pressure sales tactics and made sure my phone was fully set up and working before I left.
