You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I went in there to switch from boost to metro. I was having so many issues with boost. The employees there went above and beyond to contact boost to get me everything I needed to port over to them. Juan even made sure the port was complete and took the time to contact his support so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely recommend this store. They are the best! View on Google
