Joe, the area manager, and his associate were top notch. Joe is one of the best out there and the most competent of people I have dealt with in this industry. He knows phones, the industry, how they are built, specs, etc. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had great customer service skills. Easy to talk to and work with also. I don't know my more people don't go the prepaid route? You get basically the exact same service as the big names but have no contract or commitment tied to the phone service.
