Also only leaving this 5 star review because Jenny is the best. Metro customer service is awful and super sketchy as my account has been unknowlingly accessed and changed without authorization even while on the phone w metro however Jenny took the time to ensure I was taken care of.

ONLY LEAVING THIS 5 STAR REVIEW BC JENNY IS THE BEST!!! I initially had an unpleasant experience with the manager, who activated an esim on my phone without checking if it was sim locked to another phone first, and as soon as i paid the sim fee, he said he couldn’t refund me even though he didn’t check my phones sim lock first. In addition to the inconvenience, he kept suggesting insensitive “solutions” like switching to AT&T, switching to cricket, buying an android and having 2 phones, and going to the swap meet to switch my brand new replacement phone for a jailbroken one with an unlocked sim etc… neither desirable options……After speaking to corporate they informed me that a refund could have been processed through metro pcs AND that the first thing that should’ve been checked was sim lock.
Once I came back to Metro PCS for my refund, Jenny was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and patient with helping me throughout the entire process for the several issues i was having due the the previous employee I dealt with. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of being helped by Jenny today, who would make an AMAZING manager in the future 🤨! I would’ve left a 2 star if it weren’t for Jenny! 10/10 service 🤍
