I want to give a huge shoutout to the new Store Manager Ness and Assistant Manager Nani ! You can definitely see the positive changes in this location. The store was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. The music created a great atmosphere, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! Both managers were friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure customers felt valued and appreciated. It’s refreshing to walk into a store where you can feel the positive energy and see great leadership in action. Keep up the amazing work! I went in the store after 2 hours with customer service and got nowhere with them so I went into the store and the agent at the counter had the issue fixed les than 10 minutes. I was on the phone with customer service for a long time couple different people and nothing got fixed this woman at the counter is the greatest View on Google
