I had two devices that were not working properly, and after multiple terrible experiences at the Saint Cloud location, I made the decision to drive to the Colonial Drive location just to avoid unnecessary frustration. To be honest, the Saint Cloud location has consistently been unhelpful. The music is so loud, staff appear lazy and at times pretend not to understand English to avoid assisting customers. Corporate really needs to look into this, because the level of service there is unacceptable. That said, my experience at the Colonial Drive location was a complete polar opposite. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and professional not loud or chaotic like a nightclub. The store was busy, yet everything flowed smoothly. I was incredibly fortunate to be helped by Enalei. She was absolutely outstanding. My devices needed significant work, and she spent a great deal of time patiently helping me while simultaneously assisting other customers. Watching her juggle multiple people with such calm, efficiency, and kindness was genuinely impressive. Even after resolving my issues, Enalei went above and beyond by helping a friend of mine who was struggling with his own devices. I am still shocked by the massive difference in customer service between the Saint Cloud location and the Colonial Drive location. I don’t know how much Metro is paying Enalei, but I can confidently say she deserves more. Honestly, they should consider sending her to the Saint Cloud store to train the staff there. Thank you, Enalei, for your professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service. You truly made a frustrating situation feel manageable and respectful. View on Google

While visiting the United States, we were welcomed by Mr. Darian. He was able to offer us a customized product that perfectly met our needs.
