I've always come to this location because they are always straight with me, help me with more than I've asked, and don't put commission over brilliant customer service. Ari was especially helpful when I walked in inquiring about fixing my phone and she gave me the honest run-down/step-by-step on how to efficiently get it fixed and which steps I would need to take worse-case-scenario if customer service isn't able to resolve my problem. She also helped my Dad a great deal with plan and internet questions and absolutely deserves recognition for all she does especially considering (in my opinion) customer service isn't as great across the board as it was before COVID hit it seems. I had the absolute pleasure of having Fernando as my sales dude… He was absolutely incredible extremely professional, very knowledgeable very patient. He really helped breakdown Communication to where everything was clear. My issue kind of took two separate days to fix and both times I had Fernando And I’m very very pleased with this customer service. Highly recommend working with this young man for your phone needs! My father and I walked in needing help transferring my Dad's phone number from another carrier to his phone for Metro PCS. Ari greeted us with a smile, she was very friendly, professional, and so helpful. My father has had nothing but bad experiences at the other carrier where he was at and I finally talked him into switching to Metro PCS. I told him he'll pay less and he will get good customer service. Ari proved me right! My Dad is happy with his decision. Thank you so much Ari, it is rare nowadays to get excellent customer service.
