    I can't praise this store enough. I have been a Metro PCS customer for many years because of it's reasonable rates. However, a couple of years ago I needed some specific, technological questions answered and felt very frustrated when I didn't get the service I needed at my store (south Scottsdale). I tried another store, this time in Tempe, and again I felt let down by the service people there. Before switching to another carrier for good, I decided to give it one more try. I visited the 4111 E McDowell location and got not only all my questions answered, but in addition, the young lady working there did it with patience, kindness and understanding. I was blown away by her professionalism and positive attitude. Ever since that day, I drive by the other two locations that are much closer to my house to get help at the 4111 E McDowell location. Over the years, i was serviced by other employees, always young ladies, always knowledgeable and always friendly. I am a woman myself, and never feel desperate anymore when my cell phone won't cooperate with me, because I know where to get help. I recommend this store and it's employees highly and hope that they get the recognition they deserve. View on Google
