    I want to separate my experience at the store with my experience with T-mobile because they couldn't be more different. The store employees were helpful and seemed to enjoy helping customers get a good deal on phones and service. T-mobile, however, is a hot mess. Since that's separate, I'll not go into details here except to say they actively messed up the deal this store gave me. My deal: 2 new phones, 2 new lines added to my existing service. I had planned on getting only one new line but they managed to add a "free" third promotional, limited data, third line for my son. That was unexpected and welcome service. Very happy. View on Google
