I had a wonderful young man Johnny assist me with backing up my data and resetting my phone to factory reset. I had tried having another Metro location assist me (Van Buren across from Mr. Taco) and the customer service was horrible. They seemed only interested in selling new phones and not helping existing clients. I was pretty disappointed in their professionalism. Johnny was a day and night contrast of that. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. He was with another client and still asked what I needed. Once I let him know, he told me he would be right with me. When it was my turn, he addressed my concerns and helped me get my phone reset without losing my data. Johnny is an example of a great employee representing a very big company. He has a great work ethic, is professional, and has great customer service. There are still wonderful young people in our workforce who take pride in what they do.
